Anxiety

As normal human being we are always prone to stress and emotional burden as we go on with our daily life. There is no such formula to get rid or escape with such feelings. Our mind and body natural reaction is just a part of life itself. It is within us on how we could at least alleviate the anxiety, fears, depression and all others.
